Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Resilient Child LLC . Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time without penalty, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given before your scheduled appointment.

After one reschedule, the appointment may not be changed again. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the session and payment will be forfeited.

No Refunds

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, all sales are final. Once a session has been booked, refunds will not be issued.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their session and payment. No refunds or additional reschedules will be provided.

Practitioner Cancellation

If your practitioner must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to:

Reschedule your session at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund.

Agreement

By scheduling and paying for an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
